5Excellent!
By Jessa
I have been using these pail liners for my cloth diapers for nearly 2 months now... they have exceeded my expectations and performed flawlessly! They do a great job (coupled with a good pail/can) at keeping stinky diaper odors contained and the nursery smelling fresh. Just a side note: I spent a lot of time researching what diaper pail would work the best (for cloth diapers) and discovered a high number of complaints for nearly everything I found. The best advice I received was to purchase a $40 stainless steel step-can (regular 30 liter trash can) from Target. It works great with these liners and like I said before, does a terrific job of containing diaper odor and mess! I am very pleased with the arrangement.

4Good liner for cloth diaper user
By Kirsten
I bought two of these to hold cloth diapers for one baby. I think you need two so that you can put a new one in your pail when you start a load of diaper laundry because it will be a while before that one is dry. I use it in a simplehuman® 40-Liter Plastic Rectangle Step Trash Can. It does not look as if it would fit into any of the diapers pails I saw at the baby store. I can fit about 18 BumGenius 4.0 cloth diapers in there and then it is pretty full. It is great that you can just throw it in with the diapers to wash. I would recommend these to a friend. I did not give it 5 stars because I found that I have moisture accumulate at the bottom of my pail after 2 days. I do not think this moisture is from leaking, but is from the humidity in the diapers and somehow this gets through the liner. I did not notice this the first few months I was using it but suddenly realized my pail was really stinky. I cleaned the pail and since then have made a point of airing out the pail before I put the next liner in.

2Company & warranty a disappointment
By Michael Quillen
Bottom Line: If you want a diaper liner that is only guaranteed on arrival, that needs a delicate, cool wash cycle, and no sterilization, and may need to be washed twice each time (all per their "warranty" information) - this is the one for you!

I, however, am disappointed. I have cloth diapered 6 of my 7 kids over the past 12 years - I rely on a mild detergent, baking soda, vinegar and a hot water cycle to keep my diapers clean. I dry on high heat or in the sun, depending upon the time of year. The pre-folds I bought 12 years ago are still white, fluffy, and in great condition for baby #7.

I purchased two of these bags - one to use, and an alternate for washing days. When I received the product, the outer label said, "wash with diapers" but the inner label indicates a cold wash cycle is needed. So, I thought I should clarify which instructions were accurate.

I called the number on the package four times over a two week period, and I was required to leave a message. Each time I left a specific message stating that I wanted to clarify the washing instructions before the first use and I repeated my phone number twice. I never once heard back.

I went to the website, found their warranty information, and read through it. Basically it covers nothing except for a defect when the product arrives.

I encourage you to read the warranty online - it literally goes through very specifically what they do not cover. In reading it, I found that you cannot wash the liners on a hot cycle, you cannot use baking soda, vinegar, bleach or any other odor/disinfecting detergent or additive. You cannot use a high speed washer. You cannot line dry in the sun or dry on high heat - all of these things will "shorten the life of the product." There is basically no way to clean these that convinces me they will be sanitary - and it defeats the purpose of a liner that you can throw in with the diapers, if you cannot actually throw it in with the diapers.

My suggestion: keep looking.
